What's a good cure for bad breath that may be caused by medication I'm taking?

August 7, 2008

My mouth gets incredibly dry especially when I take antihistamine. I take alot of allergy medicine. It dries me up in my nose and mouth ridiculously. Then my breath has that old person, moth ball smell and regular mints and gum don't really help take the icky taste out of my mouth. Drinking water helps a little but not as much as I would like. Is there something I can take for this odor? it's driving me crazy that whenever i'm sick or suffering from allergies i have this problem!!!! help!!!! I asked the dentist when I was getting my wisdom tooth pulled out, but because he couldn't smell anything at the time, he just said he didn't know and wouldn't help.

Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. .Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/
